Who we are
A public university of Liberia, open to the world
Founded in 1978 as the William V.S. Tubman College of Technology and chartered as a public university by an Act of the Liberian Legislature on 14 September 2009.
Based in Harper, Maryland County, the University is open to students from across Liberia and beyond, with 6 colleges spanning agriculture, engineering, health, education, business, and the arts and sciences.
